Job Threat At Ford

The new plan of Ford threatens more jobs as the car marker intends to cut costs related to salaried workers by 10 percent.
The move should increase the company?s financial position and compensate for falling sales and a very uncertain economic environment.
Over the last two years, Ford has already announced 35?000 job cuts which is around 10 percent of the total work force.
